I was born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala where I attended a Local University and studied accounting. I moved to San Antonio, Tx in 2001 with the intentions of making a better life for myself and my family. I was employed by a Large Retail Company where I quickly advanced from Customer Service Associate, Department Supervisor and to a Sales Manager Position where I managed over 100 employees. Working in retail has its challenges but one thing that I learned was that Customer Service is number 1. I truly believe that Customer Service is Key in Building relationships and making any transaction as peaceful and stress free as possible. My hobbies include Sports, Fishing, Camping and going to the Movies. I am also Fluent in Spanish and English
